These Terms of Use are entered into between Future AI Automated Investment Platform (hereinafter referred to as “Future” or “we”) and you.
By clicking the “I accept these terms” button or using the services of Future AI Automated Investment Platform (as defined below), you accept these Terms of Use and the relevant policies, including the Privacy Policy, Fee Policy, and any other policies established to govern the relationship between you and us. You represent that you have fully read, understood, and accepted all terms, policies, and conditions applicable under these Terms of Use.
You also represent that you understand the risks and high volatility of the cryptocurrency and stock markets and have conducted your own independent research. Future AI Automated Investment Platform provides crypto-to-crypto spot trading and currently does not offer futures, leverage, or other forms of trading beyond crypto-to-crypto transactions. At present, its main focus is on AI automated investment and wealth management projects. When Future AI Automated Investment Platform introduces new features, these Terms of Use and other relevant provisions will be updated to reflect the new trading options and related policies.
All users must understand the risks involved in digital asset trading and should trade prudently and responsibly in accordance with their own capabilities.
Future AI Automated Investment Platform is available only to persons aged 16 or older. Certain services may be unavailable in some countries or regions due to restrictions under local laws.
Future AI Automated Investment Platform provides services only to compliant users. Any unlawful activity or market misconduct is prohibited and may constitute grounds for suspension or termination of services.
1. Terms and Key Definitions
Future AI Automated Investment Platform
Means the Future investment platform or other tools or systems developed within the Future ecosystem. Examples include Future AI Automated Investment Platform and other tools and systems that the Future AI Automated Investment Platform team may develop and launch in the future.
Held Assets
Means funds consisting of digital tokens purchased or transferred from external accounts and held on Future AI Automated Investment Platform.
Digital Assets
Means tokens, digital currencies and their derivatives, or other digital assets that may or may not have a specific value, such as Bitcoin. However, in view of the instability of the cryptocurrency market, we currently support only USDT transactions and transactions in the currencies of certain regions to facilitate deposits by users in different locations.
User
Means an individual who has agreed to these Terms of Use and the relevant policies, provided all personal information required for registration, and been authorized to use the relevant features of Future AI Automated Investment Platform.
Future AI Automated Investment Platform Account
Means the collection of personal information you provide, your Held Assets, and other facts or information relating to the relationship between you and us.
Third-Party Service Provider
Means any service provider whose services you may use that is not part of Future AI Automated Investment Platform.
Restricted Jurisdiction
Means a jurisdiction in which Future AI Automated Investment Platform restricts or prohibits the use of its services for business or legal reasons.
Crypto-to-Crypto Trading
Means spot trading in which one Digital Asset is exchanged for another.
Order
Means an instruction you submit to Future AI Automated Investment Platform to buy or sell an asset at a specified price.
2. User Registration and General Terms
Before using Future AI Automated Investment Platform, you must register and apply for a Future AI Automated Investment Platform Account and provide all requested personal information.
By agreeing to these Terms of Use, you acknowledge, authorize, and agree to the following:
You are at least 16 years old and have full legal capacity to enter into this agreement; you have not previously been suspended or removed from any system or tool belonging to Future AI Automated Investment Platform; you access Future AI Automated Investment Platform only through websites or applications authorized in your country or region; and your use of Future AI Automated Investment Platform is not intended to violate the laws or regulations of any country, including laws relating to anti-money laundering, anti-corruption, and counter-terrorist financing.
We collect personal information to verify users’ identities. Our review procedures are designed to identify users and prevent money laundering, terrorist financing, and other illegal or suspicious uses of financial and crypto-financial instruments.
Accordingly, the information we may collect and process includes, but is not limited to, your name, address, telephone number, email address, date of birth, government-issued identification number, photographs of government-issued identification documents, other photographic materials capable of verifying your identity, and related information.
We will retain your personal information and transaction information while your account remains active and for five (5) years after your account is closed, in accordance with global industry data storage standards.
You also authorize us to conduct necessary inquiries, directly or through third parties, to verify your identity or protect you and us against financial crime.
We may, at our sole discretion, limit the number of Future AI Automated Investment Platform Accounts you may hold, maintain, or obtain. Please refer to the Privacy Policy for information about how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information.
3. Services
Future AI Automated Investment Platform is a crypto-to-crypto trading platform.
Future AI Automated Investment Platform provides users with a technical environment and related mechanisms that enable them to participate in income-generating projects. Future AI Automated Investment Platform has officially entered the fundraising phase for its metaverse projects. These projects primarily operate by raising funds to invest in metaverse AI automated investment platform projects and distributing profits daily. The platform retains only a small share of the profits to achieve mutual benefits. Metaverse projects cannot be terminated early while they are running; users must wait until the projects end.
Please review the different project types to understand their respective applications and features.
Order Cancellation
Trading Orders may be canceled only before execution. Once an Order has been executed, you may not modify, revoke, or cancel the authorization for its execution. For partially filled Orders, you may cancel the remaining portion that has not yet been matched or executed.
Future AI Automated Investment Platform may cancel or reject Orders deemed inconsistent with these Terms of Use or other applicable policies. Insufficient funds may also result in an Order being rejected or not executed.
Other Project-Related Matters
You understand, acknowledge, and agree that:
The exchange prices displayed in the order book of Future AI Automated Investment Platform may differ from quotations provided by other exchanges or third-party information providers due to market changes.
Future AI Automated Investment Platform will use reasonable efforts to complete transaction processing within a reasonable time. However, under certain circumstances, market conditions, technical failures, and other technical events may adversely affect settlement times.
At certain times, markets may experience surges in trading volume, insufficient liquidity, or rapid price changes.
Although Future AI Automated Investment Platform has exercised due care and made efforts in its development and maintenance, access to the platform may still be suspended during abnormal market conditions, and activities such as submitting buy or sell Orders may be restricted. In such circumstances, Future AI Automated Investment Platform will not be liable for losses arising from these events.
Transferring Funds to Future AI Automated Investment Platform
If you decide to use Future AI Automated Investment Platform for trading, you must transfer funds to your Future AI Automated Investment Platform Account. Such transactions may incur fees charged by the service providers you use, such as external wallets or third-party exchanges.
Future AI Automated Investment Platform has no affiliation with these Third-Party Service Providers, their fees, or the security of their tools.
Transfer speeds may vary depending on the blockchain you use and the fee you choose to pay for each transfer. Therefore, Future AI Automated Investment Platform cannot guarantee or control the speed at which funds are transferred from any Third-Party Service Provider to your Future AI Automated Investment Platform Account.
You are also responsible for ensuring that the address you use matches the AI automated investment platform associated with the Digital Assets being transferred. Incorrect transfer instructions may result in the permanent loss of your Digital Assets.
Accordingly, you agree, acknowledge, and represent that you are solely responsible for the management and security of the relevant funds and for the fees incurred when transferring funds to Future AI Automated Investment Platform.
Transferring Funds from Future AI Automated Investment Platform
When your Future AI Automated Investment Platform Account has an available balance, you may transfer funds to an account you hold with a Third-Party Service Provider. A balance is considered available only after all outstanding Orders, transactions, and related fees have been paid and settled.
Such transactions are subject to anti-money laundering requirements, internal and external compliance rules, security controls, and identity verification.
If a transfer is rejected by an external account, sent to an unavailable account, or lost because you provided an incorrect address, you agree not to hold Future AI Automated Investment Platform liable for that transaction.
When funds are transferred from a Future AI Automated Investment Platform Account, fees will be charged based on the fees applicable to the selected blockchain or network at the time of the transaction.
Transfer speeds may vary depending on the bank you use for a particular transfer. Future AI Automated Investment Platform cannot guarantee or control the speed at which funds are transferred from your Future AI Automated Investment Platform Account to a Third-Party Service Provider. You understand and acknowledge that transfer speeds may vary with overall market conditions.
The fees applicable to these transactions may also vary depending on the blockchain you choose and overall market conditions.
You are also responsible for ensuring that the receiving address matches the blockchain associated with the Digital Assets being transferred. Incorrect transfer instructions may result in the permanent loss of your Digital Assets.
Accordingly, you agree, acknowledge, and represent that you are solely responsible for the management and security of the relevant funds and for the fees incurred when transferring funds from Future Blockchain.
Independent Relationship (DYOR — Do Your Own Research)
Future AI Automated Investment Platform allows users to trade Digital Assets. Accordingly, Future AI Automated Investment Platform does not constitute or act as a trustee, broker, intermediary, agent, adviser, or fiduciary agent, nor does it intend to be regarded in any way as a financial adviser, investment adviser, or any other type of adviser.
All communications, correspondence, emails, messages, or institutional communications sent to you by Klever are intended solely to help you understand how the Klever Exchange operates. They do not constitute trading advice or recommendations directing you to buy or sell any asset.
You acknowledge and agree that you have independently conducted your own due diligence and research into the cryptocurrency and stock markets and fully understand the legal, tax, and other consequences that may arise from becoming an investor in the digital asset market.
Fees
You agree to pay the fees incurred when using Future AI Automated Investment Platform for trading in accordance with the fee schedules published through the relevant links.
Future AI Automated Investment Platform may, at its sole discretion, change or update these fees at any time, with such changes taking effect on the date specified in the relevant notice.
By agreeing to these Terms of Use, you authorize us to deduct the relevant fees from your account, where applicable.
4. Other Provisions
License to Use
Unless otherwise stated, all intellectual property rights relating to Future AI Automated Investment Platform and other tools within the Future AI system belong to Future AI Automated Investment Platform.
Future AI Automated Investment Platform grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable license to access and use Future AI Automated Investment Platform and its content for personal purposes.
This license is subject to these Terms of Use and does not permit resale, distribution, or use of the relevant content for purposes other than those for which it is intended.
If we suspend or terminate your access, the license granted under these Terms of Use will automatically terminate.
Language
These Terms of Use, other applicable policies, and other agreements or communications provided by Future AI Automated Investment Platform are drafted in English.
Although translations of these documents may be provided in other languages, those translations may not be current or complete.
Accordingly, you agree that, in the event of any conflict between the English versions of these documents and translations into other languages, the English versions will prevail.
Amendments to the Terms
Future AI Automated Investment Platform reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to adjust, change, update, revise, suspend, or amend these Terms of Use at any time.
Future AI Automated Investment Platform has no obligation to issue notices of changes to its terms and policies, but will ensure that any amendments are updated on its website and that you are provided with notice of the changes.
Any changes will take effect when you accept them or when you continue using our services within twenty-one (21) days after we issue notice of the changes.
If you do not agree to the amended Terms of Use, you must terminate your Future AI Automated Investment Platform Account.
Compliance with Local Laws
You hereby represent, agree, acknowledge, and understand that you are responsible for complying with all applicable requirements under the laws, legislation, and regulations of your location.
If the use of Future AI Automated Investment Platform is prohibited in your country or region, you represent that you will not use the platform in any form in that country or region.
You also represent that your funds come from lawful sources and do not originate from any illegal activity, and you warrant that you are not listed on any trade or economic embargo list.
Disclaimers, Damages, and Limitation of Liability
You understand and agree that Future and our directors, officers, members, employees, agents, or contractors will not be liable for any damages, loss of profits, loss of data, or other losses arising from or relating to the use of, or inability to use, Future AI Automated Investment Platform.
Regardless of the cause or outcome of such losses, the foregoing includes, but is not limited to, errors, omissions, interruptions, deletion of files or emails, system errors, defects, viruses, delays in operation or transmission, service interruptions caused by scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, the conduct of other users, acts or omissions of third parties, and any failure to perform services.
These provisions apply regardless of whether such circumstances result from force majeure events, communication failures, theft, destruction, or unauthorized access to the records, programs, or services of the Future AI Automated Investment Platform ecosystem.
You further acknowledge and agree that Future AI Automated Investment Platform has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, any aspect of the Digital Assets traded on the platform, including their delivery, quality, safety, legality, or any other matters.
Personal Data
The personal data we collect will be properly protected and kept confidential.
You agree and acknowledge that Future AI Automated Investment Platform is entitled to collect, process, use, or disclose your personal data in accordance with these Terms of Use and the relevant policies, including, but not limited to, the Privacy Policy or applicable laws.
Dispute Resolution
The Future AI Automated Investment Platform Help Center provides support twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, to address questions and issues arising from your relationship with Future AI Automated Investment Platform and other tools within its ecosystem.
The Help Center aims to provide a prompt, personalized, and efficient service experience and support for relevant operations.
You acknowledge and agree that any issue arising between you and Future AI Automated Investment Platform must first be raised with us through this channel. Whenever an issue between you and Future AI Automated Investment Platform needs to be resolved, you will always act and negotiate in good faith.
Future AI Automated Investment Platform will likewise always act in good faith and endeavor to reach an appropriate resolution through consultation.

Transferring Funds from Future AI Automated Investment Platform
