Skyworks receives all regulatory approvals for Qorvo deal

Skyworks (SWKS) said it received all regulatory approvals for its planned deal with Qorvo (QRVO).

The transaction is expected to close on or about Monday, according to a statement on Wednesday.

Investors were waiting for Chinese approval for the combination, which was the last hurdle before the merger could close.

In October 2025, Skyworks (SWKS), which supplies radio frequency chips to Apple (AAPL) and other smartphone makers, announced its plan to buy Qorvo in a cash-and-stock transaction that values the combined enterprise at around $22 billion.
