Energy Transfer prepares to move its primary listing from the New York Stock Exchange to the Texas Stock Exchange - The Wall Street Journal

According to The Wall Street Journal on Wednesday evening, pipeline company Energy Transfer (ET) is expected to become the first large company to move its primary listing from the New York Stock Exchange to the Texas Stock Exchange.
The company, valued at about $75 billion, plans to list as early as next month.
According to documents filed in 2025, Energy Transfer (ET) Executive Chairman Kelcy Warren's estimated net worth exceeds $9 billion. He is a major supporter of the Texas Stock Exchange's parent company and holds about 30% of TXSE Group's shares.
TXSE has attracted several ETFs that will list in the coming weeks, but Dallas-based Energy Transfer (ET) will be the first large corporate listing.
